What data we process

Browsing data

Like any website, the server automatically records some technical information on every visit: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, response code, browser type and operating system. This data is used to run the website, keep it secure and detect abuse. It is not used to identify you.

Data you send us through the forms

With the form on the Contacts page we collect your name, email address, phone number and the text of your request. With the form for requesting access to the reserved area, available on some pages, we collect your name, email address and phone number. Required fields are needed to answer you: without them we cannot follow up on your request.

If you write to us by email or call us, we process the data you give us in the same way.

Reserved area

If we have given you access to the reserved area, we process the username, email address and password (stored in encrypted form) needed for authentication.
